| Carmichaels Golf Club Handicap System - Provided by Golfnet - New for 2008 The Keystone Public Golf Association (KPGA) is ow the Pennsylvania Premier Golf Association. With this change also came a change in the local format for the USGA handicap system. The directors of the KPGA opted to change from GHIN to "Golfnet". For the same fee of $20.00 you will recieve your handicap certified by the USGA, updaes on a continual basis and access through the Internet. The GolfNet handicap system is a world wide system locally governed by the USGA through the KPGA. You will be able to enter your home course, and also scores from any course using the GolfNet system. Other courses can simply verify your handicap by entering their local computer. These handicaps will be used at any course using the USGA system our your hanicap card will verify your local handicap for other systems. If you enter a score from another course on our computer it will be necessary to have the score card and enter the slope and rating. Once you have 10 eighteen hole total rounds, you handicap will be established. The scores do not have to be played at Carmichaels.
